The work „Immovable“ stands for the paradoxal co-existence of desire for freedom and being deeply rooted in confidence: A one bed appartment has been fitted into a Volkswagen camper bus. The walls of the bus interior were straightened with sheet rock and were papered. Fully fledged residential facilities, including kitchen, desk, and a bed on a raised platform are customised into the vehicle. I investigated the functionality of this mobile Immovable in various spatial connections. The Volkswagen Camper Bus was driven and occupied within the City of Berlin and the outskirts.
